Family Place Play Group

Fridays Sept. 7th – Oct. 5th from 10:30-11:45AM

At the Goodwin Library

Our first Family Place Play Group was a huge success! Parents and children bonded, played, and learned better ways to communicate with each other. We even had a child learn to crawl through suggestions made by one of the specialists.

If you have questions or concerns about your 0-5 year-old’s literacy, speech, hearing, language, nutrition, and/or development; specialists in these areas will be present to talk one-on-one with you and give you guidance.

Your child learns a lot through play! This program helps parents and children play more beneficially and is a good way for families to socialize with other families.

You must be able to attend 3 out of the 5 sessions. This program is for children 0-5 and their caretakers. This program is free and open to all families who want to sign up.

Please sign up at the Children’s desk, or call (603) 755 – 2944, or e-mail

All sessions focus on free-PLAY! Specialists in the following categories will be present:

Sept. 7th – literacy

Sept. 14 – speech, hearing, language development

Sept. 21 – child development

Sept. 28 – nutrition

Oct. 5 – music and movement
